All orders placed between 09.00-15.00 will be delivered to cargo on the same day.
After your product is delivered to the cargo company, an e-mail containing your tracking code will be sent to you. You can track your cargo using the code sent to your e-mail via "Domestic Cargo Shipment Inquiry".
All the information about the devices and the installation process are included in the user manuals in the box contents of all our products. If you experience any problems, you can contact us via our "WhatsApp Support Line".
You must charge all of your devices using the charging cable included in the box via the "USB Connection or Powerbank" as stated in our warranty card. Batteries may be damaged due to "high and unbalanced current" in charging via a socket.
First, check if your device is charged. Then, hold down the "On/Off" button on the right side of the device for 4-5 seconds until the device turns on. If your device does not turn on, plug it in. Observe if there is any movement on the device during charging (vibration, sensor light). If your device still does not turn on, you can fill out the "Technical Service Request Form" and report the problem to us.
All our devices have "2 Years Türkiye Warranty".
- Our products are suitable for daily use. Do not use in water, pool, sea or shower. All devices that are detected to come into contact with liquid or water vapor are considered out of warranty.
- In case of any external intervention, breakage, scratching, crushing, dropping etc. and situations detected as user error are considered outside the scope of the warranty.
- Electronic products may be damaged due to high current coming from the network when charging from the socket. We recommend that you charge via USB connection or Powerbank.
- Our products are not "Medical Devices". They should not be considered as medical devices.

You can fill out the form using the "Request Form" link on our page and send us the problems you are experiencing with your device. We will get back to you within 24 hours at the latest and provide you with the necessary support.
The legal service period is 21 business days. If the process is prolonged depending on the service intensity, you will be informed.
Our Easy Return policy covers 14 days after the product is delivered to you. You can send us your products that meet the return conditions in the "Help" section of our website on the same day and receive your payment back to your account within 5 business days.
